At the PM Service Group, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE Do you outsource any services or products? No all work is done in our offices or at the customers location
What are your hours for support? We supply normal work hour support using eastern standard time. 24 hour support is based on specific contract requirements and is available.
SALES I don’t see any pricing on your site how can I determine what you are going to charge me? Every customer has different requirements and pricing is determined based on the contract.
SUPPORT What if I need after hour access to one of my servers? Someone is available to grant you entry to the facility. If you can schedule the work we will appreciate it. We do not let anyone have access without a Broma employee present.
BILLING Billing is handled using a net 30 system
PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC Why don’t I see references listed anywhere? Because of the privacy concerns we have we do not list our clients on the web site. We would be more than happy to discuss our work with you in person.
